The Play Date Cafe 52/Repeat Impressions Sketch O2010

Happy Monday everyone!  So once again, it's a challenge card day!  Today I have a card that I tried out a new technique on that I learned from watching a recent video from Kelly Marie over at Lawn Fawn.  It was really fun to make this folded flower on this card!  Here's the final result:

I really like the way that this card turned out!  The flower took a lot of work, and then gluing it down was a long process, but it was totally worth it!!!  This card fits the following challenges:

* Neenah Cardstock
* Patterned Paper - DCWV
Stamps and Ink:
* Inkadinkado - Garden Greetings
* Memento - Tuxedo Black
* Studio G - Berry Pink
* Scalloped Cardstock - AR Creations
* Orange Satin Ribbon

  1. Super cute card, Kristy!! You did an awesome job combining these two fab challenges. Your folded flower looks fantastic. I've tried those before but have *never* been able to get mine to work out. You did super with yours!! And the variegated colors look so pretty :) Nicely done!

  2. Very pretty, Kristy! Gorgeous flower - definitely worth the effort:) Thanks for joining in the Repeat Impressions challenge!

  3. How pretty, wonderful multi color rosette! Thanks for playing at the PDCC.
