Sunday Night Challenge Cards!

So this week really WAS all about crafting for me!  =) Tonight, I really wanted to get a few more challenges done before the week begins!  First, the EBTKS challenge this week was an inspiration item!

Isn't this bag just adorable?  I just love the colors and the fun flourish-y swirls all over it!  Definitely a great inspiration item!  I just bought some really fun, flourish-y looking chipboard from AR Creations on Etsy (seller Annie42) and so the timing was just perfect for this!  I was also able to use this card for the Tuesday Throwdown #20, which challenges you to use chipboard on your project.  Here's what I came up with:

I really REALLY like how this card turned out!  The chipboard was inked with a light blue so that it matched the cardstock, then I used foam adhesive to attach it to black cardstock and cut it out to make a bolder statement.  The rhinestones were just a fun, flashy touch!  I hope you enjoyed it too!

I was feeling SUPER crafty tonight, and so I also made this card which works with two other challenges that I wanted to try!  This works with the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #74.  I also used the Off the Wall Craftiness Color Challenge #28 as inspiration.  Here is the challenge sketch and challenge colors:
So, using those two challenges, here is what I came up with:

I really, REALLY love this stamp set from Impression Obsession!  It has so many great sentiments and can be used for many different types of occasions.  The middle of the circle comes out and can be replaced with 4 or 5 different sayings!  The pearls are a lot more yellow than they look with the photos; for some reason it was hard to get those pics with my camera tonight!  You can also see the embossed yellow paper, which I really love!  These colors were also really fun to work with too!

Well, I hope everyone has a fantastic week!  Try to enjoy your Monday!  =)
