DeNami Girlie Girl Blog Hop! =)

Good morning and Happy Mother's Day to all of the fine mothers that I've met all over blogland!  =D  It's that time again, another DeNami blog hop is upon us!!!  =D  Hopefully, you have just come here from Karen Larkin!  Her creations are always SO fabulous... This month's theme is "Girlie Girl."  When I think of this term, I think of several card making things... first of all PINK!  I love pink in certain situations and ways.  Next, I think hearts and ribbon, scallops and rhinestones.  =)  And since I also refer to my girlfriends as "chickies" sometimes... well the DeNami chickies were an obvious choice!  Here's what I came up with:

This sentiment(F190 Just Chickin' up on You) is one of my favorites, and always great for a get well/encouragement/thinking of you card.  It can be used so many ways!  Along with that sentiment stamp, I used the B108 Heart Chickie because I think that chick is adorable, and the E132 Small Heart Outline to make the background.  I then colored them with copics, added a ribbon and rhinestone accent, and voila!  Here's a close-up of the focal point:
