Hello friends! It's time for another DeNami Designs Blog Hop!!!
As you know, I'm always super excited for these blog hops and love love LOVE making cards based on them! You should have made your way here from the lovely and fabulous blog of Vera Yates! If you stumbled on this hop another way, just simply head back to the DeNami Blog to start from the beginning!
Since the theme was fabulous frames, I thought I'd create a frame out of one of my favorite DeNami stampables - their flowers! Since my flowers here are just starting to bloom, I was really inspired by my gardens to make this flowery framed card:
I used the D75 - Small Daisy Blossom around the edges. Each daisy is stamped, colored, cut out and adhered. Then, in the middle I used the J77 - Large Daisy Blossom as a focal point, and added a sentiment from the PF42 - Love Sentiments Stamp Set. I finished the whole thing off with some fun pearls and a button accent on the large daisy with a little matching twine!
This card did take awhile to accomplish, but with the nice, bold lines on the DeNami stamps the flowers were not hard to cut out! Also, it's a nice way to add a fun shape and layer to your cards without using patterned paper or an actual frame stamp! =)
Well, you still have lots of blogs to hop to! Next on your list is the wonderful blog of the incredibly talented Annette Holleger! I'm certain that she has something fabulous for you!!! =)
Enjoy the rest of the hop and don't forget to comment along the way! =)
So so super cute Miss Lady!!! Thanks for sharing and have a great day!!
