Halloween Night and a Challenge Card!

Well WHAT a great weekend we've had!  Let me start by sharing our FUN at our party!  The costume party was a TOTAL success, and all of our friends had amazing costumes!  We had a really awesome spread of food and included a cauldron that we filled several times with dry ice so that it bubbled and fogged over!  Here are a few pictures of the food spread:

Our costumes took a great deal of work, but they were also worth it!  My husband and I were Link and Zelda from The Legend of Zelda video game series.  Our dog, Lucky, also got to be in on the fun.  We made him Navi, the fairy guide.  Here's a picture of us in costume:
I sewed my husband's tunic and hat, and my skirt.  My golden sleeves and skirt detail are actually paper crafted!  These costumes were super fun, and we've already decided to perfect them for parties in future years!  =)  Overall, the party was a blast and our friends did an amazing job dressing up!  A great time was had by all!

Okay, and now onto the card that I finally got around to making late tonight after cleanup was taken care of:

I really like the way that this card turned out!  I really love this stamp set and haven't had the chance to use it recently!  I chose this set because of the need for a sentiment to be the main focus of the card.  I thought this did just the trick!  This card fits the following challenges:
1. Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #77
2. Tuesday Throwdown #23 - Sentimentally Yours
3. Wee Memories #29 - Anything Goes
4. City Crafter Challenge Blog #28 - Autumn Leaves Inspiration Photo

Thanks for stopping by!  As always, I love your comments!  =)
