Joy to the World!!!

Hellooooo blogland!  It's the second post this week!  Yeah!  So I made cards tonight... among some other great crafty things!  Woo hoo!  First, I made some fab stuff for the blog hops I'm in over the weekend AND I made another Christmas card for some challenges that I really wanted to play along with!  =)  Here's the card that I wanted to share with you today:

All of the supplies are listed at the bottom of the post!  How awesome is that musical background from Hero Arts?  And I just LOVE that May Arts silk ribbon too -- what an amazing win that was!  =)  When I was growing up, "Joy to the World" was always one of my favorite Christmas Carols!  My mom said I used to sing "sleep in heavenly peas"  instead of "sleep in heavenly peace!" I was such a kooky kid!  =)

I was inspired by three different challenges when making this card:
1.  Simon Says Stamp Challenge - Photo Inspiration ( was really drawn to the poinsettias and the sheet music!)

In other news, I'm hard at work trying to put together the blank pages of my December Daily, and taking notes/pictures each day to put in it!  Has anyone here DONE a December Daily before?  Any advice on doing it?  I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by the entire thing right now and could definitely use some advice!  =)
