This month's blog hop theme was to try a non-traditional color combination for a holiday card! I chose a this blue/green combination.. it really caught my eye!
I thought this color combo would make a great ornament card that looked like a zoomed in picture on a sparkly christmas tree! Here's the finished product:
I think the combination of the distress inks, stickles, buttons, and shimmer mist created the exact look that I was going for! I also used different dimensional adhesives to create the look of 3-dimensional ornaments. Here's a closer picture of the ornaments and button details:
I just love LOVE those PTI buttons, and this Noel Sentiment is one of my absolute favorites!!! =)
