More PTI Goodness!

Ok so it is official... I am HOOKED on my new stamps from Papertrey Ink!  They stamp so very nicely and are extremely versatile.  No worries though, I've also been inking up my Lawn Fawn and DeNami Design stamps this week too and I'll be sharing some of those creations later in the week!  =)

I was especially excited for Papertrey Ink's new "Make it Mondays" challenge that they just started for their 4th anniversary!  I loved the idea of making a repeated sentiment the focus of your card.  Here's my take on that challenge:

How cute is this little guy? I had a scrap of green paper sitting around and so I decided to use green for my base color.  I sewed on the buttons with twine and added the twine at the bottom.  The twine was leftover from another project that I was working on as well, and the black cardstock was also a scrap from another project from last fall.  Since I dove into my paper and twine scraps for this card, I'm also entering this into this week's Wee Memories Challenge #42 - Dust off those Scraps:

Have any of you ever made a card with repeated sentiments? It was really super fun and I LOVED how it turned out!  I'm definitely going to be doing this more often with my cards!  Stay tuned for more fun and friendly projects this week!  As always, thank YOU for stopping by and commenting!  I'm so glad to have made so many wonderful friends in blogland!
